Ras eL Hanout is the legendary North African spice mix, which loosely translates as 'House Blend'. Cooks swear by their own particular combinations of numerous spices and aromatics, which can include up to thirty different ingredients such as rose buds and Spanish fly.
The perfect seasoning for poultry, rabbit, pork, seafood, eggs, vegetables, soups, tagines, braises, sautés, roasts, pasta, risottos and cooked pulses. Can also be mixed with flour as dusting or coating.
