It's darker, sweet-smoky flavoured chilli flake gently hot, 3 times less than Cayenne pepper and wonderfully fragrant. It immediately brightens up any dish. Just sprinkle on your kebabs, roast vegetables or on a Turkish Pizza. Mix with olive oil and dip your bread in, throw in sizzling butter and season soups, swirl into your dips for colour and sprinkle on eggs for an exotic heat.
